Demolition won the toss and decided to take first strike. Demolition scored 195 all out, with a fine knock of 49 from Ricky Sheik, 37 from Mark Balgobin and 24 from Paul Deopersaud.
In reply GS 43 made 173 for 7 from 35 overs, with J. Asgar 2 wickets for 21 from 7 overs. Demolition won by 22 runs.

Madras won the toss and chose to bat, scoring only 57 all out in 15 overs
Danny Pooran 5 for 21 and Andrew Harrilall 4 for 18 crumbled the Madras batting line up.
Renegades replied with 58 for 3 in 13 overs.
Panthers vs Power at Kissena 1
Panthers batting first scored 81 runs in 22 overs All Out. Farouk 3 wickets, Javed 3 wickets. 
Power CC replied with scoring 84 in 12 overs. Salim 32 not out and Mohamed 25.
Worldwide CC vs Striker at Flushing
WCC won the toss and elected to bat against Strikers in a 35 over game.  WCC lost three quick wickets to a very strict bowling by Strikers. Dinesh and Sunny steadied the innings but could not get the runs flowing.  WCC were 42 for 3 at the end of 17 overs.  Dinesh, Sunny, and Rohin contributed to get the score to 139/8 in 35 overs.
Strikers had an easy target but regular wickets kept the match interesting.  Nadir's 40 not out made the chase (140 for 5) easy and helped his team score a win with 6.3 overs to spare.    
Elite vs Super Champ at Whitestone
Elite Made 163 All out, Ricky 36, Shammi 30 and Sabi 44
Super Camps were all out for 121.
Topu Chowdry 3 for 15 and Ricky Singh 3 for 25 were the main bowlers.

Rebels 80 all out.

Woodside Willows vs Sussex at Soundview
Woodside Willows batted first and scored 67 all out in 27.1 overs
Sean scored 19 while Steve took 3 for 9 and Roy took 3 for 10
Sussex replied with 71 for 2 in 12.4 overs

Challengers vs National at Flushing
Challengers won the toss and batted first. They were bundled out for 172 in 27 overs after a rather comfortable start when they were 112 for 2 in 15 overs. Ahmed top scored with 78 and Obaid contributed with some valuable runs. National lost 2 wickets in the first over but recovered nicely from there and were once in a comfortable position of 130 odd runs for the loss of 3 wickets with plenty of overs to spare. Challenger bowlers fought back vigorously and reduced the margin of balls remaining to runs needed while continuously taking wickets. National ended up needing 20 runs from 2 overs with only one wicket remaining. Fernando from National played a gem of a knock scoring 15 runs off the penultimate over with 2 huge sixes. 5 runs were then comfortably scored in the last over by National winning a real nail biter.
Pak Stallions vs Lions CC at Whitestone 2
Pak Stallions won the toss and elected to bat first.
Pak Stallions 186 for 7 in 30 overs. Akram 44, Ashrah 41, Furkan 35.
Lions 81 all out 
Pak Stallions won by 105 runs.

Cavaliers vs Galaxy at Lacombe
In the match played last Sunday between Cavaliers and Galaxy at Lacombe Park.
Host Cavaliers won the toss and elected to bat in the hot sunshine.
They were bowled out for a total of 41 runs.
The chief wicket taker was opening bowler Ryan Girdhary who had figures of 4 wickets for 14 runs from his allotted 6 overs.
In reply Galaxy reached their target in the 6th over for the loss of 1 wicket.
Ryan returned to hit an unbeaten 25 to give the late starter an early finish.
Final -Galaxy won by 9 wickets and 24 Overs to spare.
Yonker Eagles vs Sportsman at Pughkeepsie
Sportsman won the toss and decided to bat and scored 225 in 35 overs.
Ryan Hurley 123. Usman 3 wickets.
Yonker Eagles only managed to make 181 all out in 30.3 overs
Top scorer Asif made a quick half century, and Adnan chipped in with 32.
Result: Sportsman won the game by 41 runs

Pasban Vs. Bachan. Pasban won by 28 runs
Pasban won the toss and elected to bat first. Match was reduced to 25 overs.
Pasban made 189/9 in 25 overs.
Mubashar 61, Tahir 29, Haroon 24.
Bachan replied with 162 all out in 24.1 overs.
Tahir took 2 wickets along with Naveed and Farooq who also took 2 each.

Scorpion vs Friends at Cunningham Park
Friends won the toss and chose to bat first and made 150 all out in 34 Overs.
N. Jagiah 3 wickets. Manraj Seepersaud and G. Kalika 2 wickets each.
Scorpions CC replied with 139 all out in 29 Overs

Majestic vs NY Eagles
Majestic loss the toss and NY Eagles elected to bat. NY Eagles scored 84 all out in 18 overs. Sahsaw got 18 runs and Taqwar 24 runs. Bowling for Majestic, Robert Sookhoo took 3 wickets for 14 runs, Daya took 2 wickets for 8 runs and Supnil took 3 wickets for 21 runs. Majestic reply with 85 runs in 12 overs with Captain Jed Carthy scored 27, Linton not out with 23 runs, Steve Williams 9 runs and 25 extras

Mumbai Xpress v/s Mavericks - Kissena 1 (Won by Mumbai Xpress)
Mumbai Xpress won the toss and elected to bowl first. Maulik and Amit did a great job to keep their opening pair quiet. Mavericks played smart and scored in singles but saved their wickets to assault middle-order bowlers. At the break Mavericks was only at 60 for 2 in 15 overs. They changed gears after 15 overs and attacked every bowler possible and scored at 8 runs an over constantly to get 186 in 30 overs at the loss of 9 wickets. (Amit 2 wicket; Snehal 3 wickets)
Batting second Mumbai Xpress lost an early wicket in the first over. Maulik and Yash had a tough job on hand to play safe and keep score card ticking - Mumbai Xpress also followed Mavericks strategy and scored only 64 in 15 overs at the loss of 1 wicket. Maulik's wicket was a turning point - Snehal joined him and scored quick 45 runs in next 7 overs to get the run rate down to 7-8 runs an over. Ankit (23) survived on the other end to make sure he stays till the end and when it got close he changed gears to score 17 runs in 28th over but also lost his wicket on the last ball. Mavericks pulled a magic over and got a wicket in 29th over with only 1 score. Last wicket 9 runs in last over and Mumbai Xpress did it on last ball scoring two runs. Great game - perfect day and played with a great spirit.
